A Research about the six most common sleeping positions that indicative of personality types.

• Fetus position - A whopping 41% of participants sleep in this curled-up manner. Women are twice as likely to rest like this and it is listed as the most common position. These sleepers are said to have a tough exterior but are still sensitive and may appear to be shy but warm up quickly.

• Log position - If you sleep on your side with both arms down, you are a social, easy-going person who is trusting, sometimes to the point of being gullible. The study showed 15% of people sleep like a log.

• Yearner position - A close third is the side-lying position with both arms out in front of the body, with 13% of partipants sleeping like this. Yearners are noted to be open-minded and still cynical, suspicious, and stubborn about sticking to decisions once they are made.

• Soldier position - These sleepers lie on their backs with arms down and kept close to the body. This 8% study is said to be reserved, quiet, without fuss, and hold themselves and others to a high standard. Soldier sleepers have a higher likelihood for snoring due to the flat-back position, which may not cause them to wake up often but may result in a less restful night's sleep.

• Freefall position - Those people who lie on their bellies with arms under or wrapped around a pillow with head turned to the side, make up 7% of the population studied. Freefallers are brash, outgoing, and are very uncomfortable with criticism.

• Starfish position - Sleepers who lie on their backs with arms up near their head or the pillow account for 5% of participants. These people are good listeners, helpful, and are uncomfortable being the center of attention. People who sleep in starfish position are more likely to snore and to suffer from a poor night's sleep more often

i'm shocked 404

im shocked. not terkejut-kinda-shock. but medical-kinda-shock.

OH MY SHAHNAZ!

WHAT IS THAT SHOCK CRAB LAH?

Shock is a life-threatening condition (but cant apply that on me) that occurs when the body is not getting enough blood flow. This can damage multiple organs (again, cant apply that on me). Shock requires immediate medical treatment and can get worse very rapidly. there is several type of shock. and in my case, mine is the hypovolemic shock. it is an emergency condition in which severe blood and fluid loss makes the heart unable to pump enough blood to the body.

Shock's symptoms :

its happened two days ago. when i wke up (from my bed and that time im in the middle of yahoo messenger-ing with farrirruddin rastam *sumpah susah nak type nama kau niela faghee. aku kena check berapa R and aku kena recheck dkt FB. grr~*) to perform subuh prayer and on my way to the toilet, suddenly, my vision goes blurry and my head felt so light i want to snap.

and yeah, i snapped!

(no, dont worry i didnt bang my head to any hard surface)

At the same time, my skin becomes cold and sweaty and clammy. My pulse becomes weak and rapid. My abdominal tingling. And i begins to breath very quickly a.k.a hyperventilating.

oh god. oh shut. whats happening? i panicked, to be honest. am i going to curl up and die and rotten alone in this room and people will only discover my corpse a few weeks later?? no.no. dont die just yet shahnaz!

so, with my very best, i crawl (not crawling like those babies crawling lah. more to like dragging my lower body mcm orang stroke yang lumpuh separuh badan tu) towards my kulkas aka refrigerator try to drink something sweet that can boost my glucose to produce some energy. but no i cnt do that easily. why? yes. because im all shaking and i cant even hold the glass properly. i sighed and tried several times till i manage to sipped few of the teh-o-ais.

i lay in bed trying to block out negativity thoughts . i tried to call someone for help but im all weak. i managed to ym my conditions (with damn hell lotsa typo) to faghee and its end with

"hey you! promised me you wont die just yet please" - faghee

i was half asleep, i didnt know what he was talking about. apalah kau nie faghee! ade ke i mati. i belum jadi pengacara nona lagi oren. he he he.

and today, i am BAZINGA!

yeay yeay.

all fine all good minus the minor headache.

and oh. theres something i would love to share with you all.

shahnaz is awesome, because if i was asked if is there any girl yg kenal herself too well and love herself so much, i would say it's you. ko mana la pernah komplen gemok la, apa la, kan. my skin. my face to be specific. been attacked by i-dunoe-what-its-name.
CHARLIE ke? wut evalah. it/he/she spread it/he/she venom at my face.

@my chest, left cheek. both eyes n eyebrows.

my skin turn to red. really RED. burn sensation. too sensitive too touch.

then skin not being friendly nymo. skin turn to be kasar n menebal

and shows slight infection signs. oh. dem it!

i will be in surgery department starting tomorrow til february next year.

first 3 weeks we will b quarantine dlm ER (emergency room)

ta bole go anywhere except toilet dkt tepi tu dan solat 5x/hari

and tido hanya bole 3jam/day.

oh come on! for 2 week berturut-turut? hurm.
